America Strikes Back. The Breaking News was reported  first on CNN by Wolf Blitzer as he anchored Late Edition. The information came from the AP. After 5 minutes Blitzer transfered anchor-power to Aaron Brown at CNN Center. Brown was joined by former General Wesley Clark and Miles O'Brien who brought military experties to the viewers. The reporter inside Afghanistan was Kamal Hyder, he communicated with CNN via audio throughout the day. Christiane Amanpour and Chris Burns also helped to gather information from across the border. CNN International only joined CNN USA on the Breaking News and the next day (Video 1).


CNN's nightscope camera didn't reveal much
